The Challenge
A market-leading B2B software provider in the IT asset management space operated across multiple enterprise systems: SAP (finance), SugarCRM (sales), HR systems, and several support platforms. Data was fragmented, reporting was slow, and investor reporting required heavy manual effort.
What Was Broken
No central data platform. Manual and error-prone MRR / ARR calculations. Sales pipeline and forecast numbers inconsistent. No unified customer view across sales, finance, and support. PE-level reporting required high trust and auditability.

Designed and implemented a central Azure-based data lake & warehouse. Integrated SAP, CRM, HR, and support systems via Azure Data Factory. Built robust transformation logic in Synapse with data quality checks. Developed executive-ready Power BI reports for MRR / ARR, sales pipeline & forecast, finance & controlling, and customer service KPIs. Established a Customer 360° view across departments.

What We Built
Led the migration from legacy Power BI Server to Power BI Service. Designed a modern workspace strategy aligned with Dev / Test / Prod environments. Implemented Power BI Deployment Pipelines for controlled and auditable releases. Built ITSM analytics covering Incidents, Problems, Changes, and CI- and group-based aggregations. Implemented robust Row-Level Security (RLS) to ensure role-based access across teams. Applied governance standards, including sensitivity labels and security policies. Leveraged Microsoft Fabric as a scalable analytics foundation.
